The following services are offered by different SOEs:

• Traffic management suggestions (zebra crossings, speed bumps) — Refer to Department of Land Transport.
• Road traffic enquiries (illegal parking, traffic police) — Refer to Department of Land Transport.
• Landscaping issues (dangerous branches, grass cutting) — Refer to LWMA.
• Waste issues (blocked drains, roadside cleanliness) — Refer to LWMA.
• Utilities damage (broken cables/pipes) — Refer to PUC or relevant telecom provider.

Active rapport with the public regarding road infrastructure damage, road surface maintenance, and traffic signs.

Stay updated on planned road closures, diversions, and essential maintenance works through our official channel.
