Managing Agency Finances, Procurement, and Capital Accounting

Financial Control, Procurement & Capital Projects

The Finance and Accounts Unit is managed by the Financial Controller. It is responsible for managing all financial processes, ensuring profitability, maintaining compliance, and controlling the flow of money into and out of the Agency accounts.

Procurement Operations

Procurement is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for the Agency, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with the Procurement Act.

Capital Projects Accounting

Aside from the general management of the Agency accounts, the unit also comprises dedicated staff for procurement and Capital Projects Accounting.
