The Secretariat is headed by the Chief Executive Officer and functions as team members of all units. It includes the operations of the Information Technology (IT) Unit and Public Relations (PR) Office.
The IT Unit is responsible for both the digital communication issues of the Agency and the acquisition and maintenance of all information technology hardware and software.
The Public Relations Office is responsible for planning and direction of communications designed to create and maintain a favourable public image for the organization and caters for the information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
