Human Resources, Budget Management and Administration Division​

Overseeing IHuman Resources, Financial Administration, and Logistical Support

The Human Resources, Budget Management & Administration Division (HRBMAD) is managed by the Director for Human Resources and Administration and is responsible for the overall administration and management of the Agency.

Core Responsibilities & Policy Management

Its primary responsibility is to formulate, develop and ensure the implementation of manpower policies and any other internal policies; provide advice on personnel issues, support services, administrative financial matters and functional guidance in all matters relating to personnel. Its broader role encompasses Human Resources, Budget Management, Administration, Support Services, File Registry/Documentation, and the management of Stores.

Administrative & Logistics Support

This division has the responsibility of optimizing the agency’s administrative requirements, providing administrative and logistics support such as:

  • File archiving
  • Physical communications
  • Buildings
  • Transportation
  • Fleet management
  • Physical mail management
