The Human Resources, Budget Management & Administration Division (HRBMAD) is managed by the Director for Human Resources and Administration and is responsible for the overall administration and management of the Agency.
Its primary responsibility is to formulate, develop and ensure the implementation of manpower policies and any other internal policies; provide advice on personnel issues, support services, administrative financial matters and functional guidance in all matters relating to personnel. Its broader role encompasses Human Resources, Budget Management, Administration, Support Services, File Registry/Documentation, and the management of Stores.
