The Cherimont project entails an existing earth road that needs to surfaced. In the past, SLTA carried out grading and levelling work whenever necessary to allow the road to be used by the community. Presently SLTA is re-grade the road once more and when completed SLTA aims to start surfacing of the road with asphalt. In future, when necessary funds are available, further civil work will be undertaken to upgrade the road where required.
